With the demands in the Indian Clinical Diagnostics industry increasing, we realized the importance of having two separate focused teams to cater to the two main segments :
Immunoassays and Clinical Chemistry along with a separate Quality Solutions department.
Three business divisions:
- IBD (Immunoassay Business Division)
- CCD (Clinical Chemistry Division)
- QC (Quality Control Division)
have separate sales forces and product management teams and cater to diverse needs of our customers. The reason to cater to the entire spectrum of the clinical diagnostics industry was to ensure that the major mindshare and timeshare of the customer whether it is for immunoassays, clinical chemistry or quality control comes to Lilac Group, rather than going to some other source.
The support infrastructure is common for all.
Our current strategy is to increase overall instrument installations which will automatically increase the reagent business.
